Eligibility for Symbiosis Engineering at SIT Nagpur

Indian Students

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subjects.
• A minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the above subjects combined.

International Students (NRI / PIO / Foreign Nationals)

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subjects.
• International students must meet eligibility as per SCIE norms. Please refer to the SCIE for detailed information.

Reservation within Sanctioned Intake

• Scheduled Caste: 15%
• Scheduled Tribe: 7.5%
• Differently Abled: 3%
• Nagpur Domiciled Candidates: 25%

Note: If any seats remain vacant in reserved categories, they will be converted to the General Category after approval from the Vice-Chancellor of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).

• Kashmiri Migrants: 2 Seats

• International Students (NRI/Foreign/PIO): a maximum of 25%

SITEEE - Entrance Exam Overview

SITEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Standard XII (10+2) from any recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one additional subject (Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject).
• For Lateral Entry to the second year of B.Tech, a diploma certificate from an AICTE-approved institution is required with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
• Foreign students need an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SITEEE 2025 will also accept scores from JEE (Main) or any State Government Engineering Entrance Examination.

Important Dates for SITEEE 2026

SITEEE 2026 Exam Centres

SITEEE 2026 will be conducted in Computer-based Test (CBT) mode across 80 cities in India. You can select up to three preferred Test Cities during registration.

NOTE: Once the payment is completed, no changes to the Test City will be allowed. The earlier you make your payment, the better your chances of securing your desired Test City.
